Return Policy Details
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. The return period starts on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase.
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened sachets in original box
- Products with defects or damage
- Incorrect items shipped
- Products past expiry date
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened sachets (for hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (if marked)
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs. When you initiate a return, we’ll arrange for the courier to pick up the product from your address at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
1-2 business days: Return is received and inspected
3-5 business days: Refund is processed to your original payment method
5-10 business days: Refund appears in your account (depends on your bank)

Schedule Pickup
We’ll arrange for our courier partner to collect the product from your address at no cost to you. Make sure the product is in its original packaging with all unopened sachets.
Receive Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 1-2 business days.
Seeda complies with UAE consumer protection laws for food products purchased online. As a registered food product with the UAE Food Authority and ESMA, we uphold the highest standards for product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Seeda offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your Coffee Mix, Matcha, or Cacao order. If something isn’t right with your wellness products, contact us within 14 days and we’ll find a solution—exchange, store credit, or refund. Return shipping is paid by Seeda.
For hygiene and safety reasons, Seeda cannot accept returns of opened sachets. However, if you have unopened sachets in the original box and the product has a defect, damage, or was shipped incorrectly, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

We’ll guide you through the process and arrange free pickup for your Coffee Mix, Matcha, or Cacao products.
Once Seeda receives and inspects your return (1-2 business days), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Yes! If you’d like to try a different Seeda blend instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. We’ll exchange your unopened product for any other Seeda wellness blend (Coffee Mix, Matcha, or Cacao) of equal or lesser value.
