1. General
   – “SEEDA WELLNESS BLENDS TRADING – FZCO” maintains the https://seedawellness.com/ Website (“Site”).
   – All content, products, and services provided through this Site are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
   – Seeda is a UAE-based wellness brand offering functional beverage blends.
   – All prices listed are in AED and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
   
   
2. Payment Terms
   – Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
   – The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card’s currency.
   – Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and terms available at https://seedawellness.com/.
   – Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
   – Once payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 24 hours of the transaction.
   
   
3. Legal Compliance
   – We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
   – Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
   – Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
   
   
4. Orders & Delivery
   – Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
   – Next-day delivery is available across the UAE (excluding public holidays and remote areas).
   – A confirmation email will be sent upon ordering, followed by delivery updates.
   – Free delivery is available for orders above 100 AED.
   
   
5. Cancellations
   Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
   Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
   
   
6. Returns & Refunds
   – Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
   – Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
   – Opened or used sachets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
   – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
   
   

7. Limitation of Liability
Seeda Wellness Blends Trading – FZCO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
