Orders & Shipping

  1. How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by updates once your order is shipped.
  2. When will I receive my order?
    We offer next-day delivery across the UAE, excluding public holidays and remote areas.
  3. Do you deliver outside the UAE?
    Currently, we ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
  4. How much is the delivery fee?
    – Free delivery for orders above 100 AED.
    – A flat delivery fee of 10 AED applies to orders below 100 AED.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.

 

Returns & Refunds

  1. Can I return a product?
    Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Which products are not eligible for return?
    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened sachets, boxes, or used products cannot be returned.
  3. How do I request a return?
    Please email support@seedawellness.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Once the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 45 days to reflect in your account.
  5. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
